Southern Fried Salmon Patties –
DON’T LOSE THIS
Ingredients:
1 lb canned or cooked salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
