Voyager 1 has become the first man-made object to reach interstellar space. It is a tiny spacecraft, the size of a car, drifting through the unimaginable darkness 14.5 billion miles from Earth. It was only meant to last 5 years, yet nearly 50 years later, it is still alive.
But recently, the story of Voyager shifted from a scientific triumph to a cosmic ghost story.
Something bizarre has been happening. It’s sending back signals, patterns, and data that simply don’t make sense. We aren’t just talking about a glitch; we are talking about behavior that defies physics. The probe is doing things its 1970s computers shouldn’t be capable of.
Could Voyager have found something in the void between stars? Or, even more chilling, has something out there found Voyager?.
